WCWCW is seeking a front desk receptionist to join our team. We offer a great work environment and require a minimum of 2 years of experience for this full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 12 pm to 8 pm. This would be perfect for a college or graduate student. Our office is closed on weekends and most Federal holidays.

The ideal candidate will be an honest, responsible, and trustworthy individual with a friendly and cheerful disposition. Good people skills and mature communication skills are a must. The selected individual must be task-oriented, organized, neat, tidy, and efficient, with a clean and professional image. A self-starter, you must be able to work independently on projects and tasks. Fluent verbal and written English is a must.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining positive client relations and implementing front desk policies and procedures. You will need to answer the phone promptly, book appointments between several different physicians, welcome in-person patients, and communicate with pharmacies regarding prescriptions. Additionally, you will need to implement the office marketing strategies for the front desk and telephone. You will receive training on EMR Luminello (Electronic Medical Records).

All candidates MUST have a valid and current independent clinical license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW) to practice in Maryland. women-focused or perinatal training and experience, CBT training and experience, a strong interest in women and perinatal psychotherapy, a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic personality, eager to advance therapy skills, excellent organizational skills; and a solid commitment to excellence.

Full or Part-Time Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist Qualifications:

All candidates MUST have a valid and current independent clinical license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW) to practice in Maryland. The successful candidate will have child-focused training and experience, CBT training and experience, a strong interest in depression, anxiety and OCD, a warm, engaging, and enthusiastic personality, eager to advance therapy skills, excellent organizational skills; and a solid commitment to excellence
